Our
Story

Get to Know Us

Saathi Development Hub was born from a simple idea — that change-makers in the development sector need more than passion; they need strong support systems, skills, and spaces to grow together. Over time, we saw NGOs, CBOs, and grassroots leaders working tirelessly, but often struggling with limited resources, fragmented networks, and lack of guidance.

Saathi was created to bridge this gap. We bring people and organizations together through training, mentoring, consultations, and collaborative events like conclaves, conferences, and roundtables. Each program is designed to strengthen leadership, sharpen strategies, and spark collaborations that go beyond the event itself.

Our journey is rooted in the belief that when organizations are empowered, communities thrive. With every workshop, every conversation, and every partnership, Saathi Development Hub walks alongside those who are building a stronger, more inclusive tomorrow.

At the heart of Saathi is a collective of experts from diverse professions and areas of expertise — development practitioners, educators, corporate leaders, researchers, and grassroots changemakers — who share one thing in common: their commitment to enabling transformation. As catalysts, facilitators, and enablers, we work shoulder-to-shoulder with organizations, making sure they have the knowledge, networks, and confidence to lead change in their own communities.

As our work has evolved, Saathi has increasingly focused on helping organisations not only build capacity, but also reflect on their work, understand what is changing and learn from experience. This includes programme assessment, participatory evaluation, organisational learning and sustainability-oriented reflection.
